RHS – RISTORA HOTEL SICILIA is the most prestigious specialized trade show in Southern Italy, and for 17 years has been the reference point for all Ho.Re.Ca companies aiming for the growth and quality of their businesses in the hotel, restaurant, and, more generally, food and beverage sectors in all their forms.

The RHS Mission

On the one hand, to promote hospitality, catering, and tourism through professional initiatives of various interest, capable of involving all operators in their respective sectors. On the other, to present the best products and services offered by the most prestigious brands to promote the constant updating of companies and maximize their profits. This is why attendance at the show is constantly growing and attracts an increasingly diverse audience, from small bars to large restaurants, from luxury hotels to B&Bs, from ice cream parlors to pubs, from pizzerias to pastry shops, and much more. RHS, in fact, has always involved approximately 800 leading brands in the sectors of equipment, furnishings, semi-finished products, and services. The setup of RISTORA HOTEL SICILIA, an event promoted by the Sistema Confcommercio Catania, is entrusted to Expo Mediterraneo, which, within the System, is responsible for organizing major trade fairs. Every year, more than 30,000 companies from Sicily and beyond are invited; all RHS-accredited visitors represent a pool of new potential customers for exhibitors, attracted by the increasingly functional and spectacular stands, the countless activities organized to present new products, and a series of additional services to make the visit to the trade fair an unforgettable experience.

Exhibition Spaces

RISTORA HOTEL SICILIA hosts over 300 exhibition spaces, with scenic displays to satisfy every need. Furthermore, the fair offers industry professionals a rich calendar of events, including training courses, in-depth forums, competitions, and performances by top-level chefs, pastry chefs, and gelato makers, completing the offerings for its audience. In a dedicated area within the exhibition pavilion, the Expo Mediterraneo team, working with leading partners, organizes events dedicated to various themes: from gelato to pizza, from meat to bread, from beer to pastry, and in-depth discussions on new cooking techniques, demonstrations of new machinery and equipment, and presentations of increasingly innovative services for companies. RISTORA HOTEL SICILIA takes place in Catania in a strategic position with respect to the most important road and rail links. The exhibition area hosting the fair is approximately 8,000 square meters, with a height of 9 meters, equipped with hydraulic platforms for loading and unloading goods and served by convenient free parking.
